How to Book a Tour

Booking a Tour is a simple process.

When you have found the tour to suit you please contact us initially to check if we have the necessary spaces still available. Norfolk tours are available on a number of dates and also on request. Simply call or email us and we’ll advise on availability or discuss your personal requirements. We can be contacted:

Then download the booking form (in MS Word format) by clicking:
- Booking Form - Overseas Tours
- Booking Form - Norfolk Tours
Please then print and complete all sections of the booking form and send to us with a cheque for the required deposit.

Cheques should be made payable to Oenanthe Birding Adventures and sent to:

We will then write to you to confirm your booking, acknowledge safe receipt of your deposit monies and provide you with detailed tour information.
Balance monies are then payable no later than 10 weeks before departure.
